The bicycle tours in the places of Giambattista, Giandomenico, and Lorenzo Tiepolo will start on Saturday, March 1st: Mira, Mirano, Massanzago, and Stra with visits to the Cathedral of Mirano, Villa dei Leoni in Mira, and Villa Baglioni in Massanzago.
On the occasion of the birthday of Giambattista Tiepolo (born in Venice on March 5, 1696), the third edition of “I luoghi dei Tiepolo in Festa” returns. The event pays homage to the genius of the Venetian artist and the artistic legacy left by his sons Giandomenico and Lorenzo. It will be a journey through the art and culture of the 18th century, enriched this year with new events and unpublished itineraries.
The program
From March 1st to 9th, 2025, 12 cities in four regions, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lombardia, and Bavaria, will welcome the public with twenty-one events, including concerts, guided tours, conferences, and book presentations. The program also includes six tourist routes on foot and by bicycle, allowing visitors to explore the works of Venetian masters in evocative and unusual settings.
The cities involved are: Este, Massanzago, Mira, Mirano, Monteviale, Padova, Piove di Sacco, Stra, Venezia, Verolanuova, Udine, and Würzburg (Germany). The event program can be found on the official website http://www.tiepolo.eu.

Saturday, March 1st, from 9:30 am to 3 pm, starting from Mira (Ve), bike tour with friends from Fiab Mirano Riviera del Brenta following one of the Tiepolo itineraries: Mira, Mirano, Massanzago, and Stra with visits to the Cathedral of Mirano, Villa dei Leoni in Mira, Villa Baglioni in Massanzago. Saturday, March 1st, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, in Massanzago (PD), guided tours at Villa Baglioni. Visitors will have the opportunity to admire Tiepolo’s frescoes and other works of art housed in Ca’ Baglioni. For information on schedule and reservations: cultura@comune.massanzago.pd.it
The Tiepolo Sites Network
The Tiepolo Sites Network is a group of public and private entities that collaborate with the aim of enhancing the artistic heritage of the Tiepolo family through cultural activities and promoting tourist-cultural routes following the footsteps of the Venetian artists. By involving locations that preserve the works of the Tiepolos in Italy, Germany, and Spain, the network aspires to become a cultural itinerary recognized by the Council of Europe.
