A festive Sunday with the Volunteer Associations of Mogliano Veneto yesterday in Piazza Caduti
Mogliano Veneto (TV) – Under the patronage of Il Sole, a day of celebration dedicated to the volunteer associations present in the area took place. After the symbolic ribbon-cutting in a crowded square, where associations were busy informing visitors and showcasing their services, citizens were able to applaud the many performances that took place throughout the day.
It was a special Sunday, dedicated not only to demonstrations but also to new initiatives, to trying out new activities, and above all, to planning the autumn season with new volunteer, sports, and leisure activities.
From the association “Vida Loca,” which, with its instructors Chiara and Simone, showcased all the beauty of Argentine tango, a thought on this “loca” day:
“A thought from the heart for this special day. Today, at the Mogliano Associations Festival, thanks to the institutions that opened their doors and gave us a voice. Thank you for allowing us to be an active part of this square, of this community. But above all, we want to remember something fundamental: volunteering is not a job, it’s not business. It’s giving time, passion, and dedication to the community. It’s being there, even when no one is watching. It’s building relationships, bridges, opportunities. It’s believing that together, even in small ways, we can make a difference. To those who dedicate an hour, a day, a lifetime… To those who put heart before profit… To all volunteers, who today contributed to making this celebration a success, we say THANK YOU. Because without associations, a city has less soul.”

The authorities, starting with Mayor Bortolato and Deputy Mayor Muraro, wished to thank the many associations present in the municipality, which operate with dedication and above all, love. The title of the day was indeed: Doing with Heart.
