April 16, 2025, marks an important milestone in the history of Fiocchi Munizioni S.p.A., the Italian company recognized worldwide as a leader in the ammunition sector. Giulio Fiocchi S.p.A., after generations of family leadership that have consolidated the company’s international reputation, has decided to exit the shareholder structure, selling its shares to the CSG Group.
This transition represents a strategic step aimed at supporting new opportunities for growth, international expansion, and technological innovation. The entry of CSG, an industrial group with a long-term vision, will bring investments and synergies that will further strengthen Fiocchi Munizioni’s global leadership, while preserving the brand’s core values and product quality.
Despite the new ownership structure, the company’s managerial continuity is fully guaranteed: President Stefano Fiocchiand key members of the management team will retain their positions, ensuring the historic bond with the Lecco territory, where Fiocchi Munizioni has been operating for nearly 150 years, representing an important economic and social presence.
