With this vision, Fiocchi Munizioni recently collaborated with the Politecnico di Milano – Lecco campus – to offer a unique educational experience to students enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. The session, led by Fiocchi’s technical expert Paolo Dossi, guided participants through the complex world of small-caliber ammunition, illustrating the processes of design, manufacturing, and testing.
During the lecture, the future engineers explored two disciplines as fascinating as they are demanding: ballistics and explosives engineering. These fields require not only a solid theoretical foundation but also the ability to translate knowledge into practical applications, always with an eye toward innovation and safety.
The day continued with a visit to Fiocchi Munizioni’s headquarters, where students had the opportunity to observe the technological heart of the company.
