The Gourmet Festival returns to Jesolo, a national and international showcase of haute cuisine

Jesolo – In May, the second edition of Jesolo Gourmet Festival returns, the event marks an important turning point bringing to the city renowned chefs from the international scene and Italian haute cuisine.

Scheduled from May 15 to 17 and from May 22 to 24, 2026, the event will feature twelve gourmet dinners in twelve restaurants in Jesolo to enhance the local culinary offerings and to showcase the gourmet vocation of the famous seaside resort.

The Festival, organized by the Municipality of Jesolo and the Consortium of JesoloVenice Tourist Enterprises in collaboration with Globetrotter Gourmet, enhances its authority by offering a culinary proposal signed by internationally renowned guests.

Among the chefs involved are Jonathan Brincat from Noni Restaurant* (Valletta, Malta) and Massimiliano Delle Vedove from Smoked Room** (Madrid, Spain), alongside key figures of contemporary Italian cuisine such as Anthony Genovese from Il Pagliaccio** (Rome), Francesco Sodano from Famiglia Rana** (Oppeano, Verona), Vincenzo Manicone from Ristorante Tancredi* (Sirmione, Verona), Isa Mazzocchi from Ristorante La Palta* (Piacenza), Alessandro Rossi from the restaurant Barbagianni (Colle di Val d’Elsa, Siena), a new challenge after years spent at Gabbiano 3.0* where he earned a Michelin star, Peppe Guida from Antica Osteria Nonna Rosa* (Vico Equense, Naples), Nicola Giancarlo Gronchi from Ristorante Romano* (Viareggio, Lucca), Stefano Ciotti from Ristorante Nostrano* (Pesaro), the green star Tina Marcelli about to open her Ritterschänke a Burg Taufers (Campo Tures, Bolzano), and finally the emerging under 30 Andrea De Lillo from Nin* (Brenzone sul Garda, Verona).

Jesolo Gourmet Festival 2026 is a blend of sensibilities, ingredients, territories, and different culinary languages, capable of engaging with the Jesolo gastronomic scene – says Marco Colognese, creative director of the event and food and wine critic –. We want to show the public the beauty and nuances of high Italian and international cuisine in a context already loved for its tourist offerings.”

The Dinners

The program will unfold over six evenings dedicated to taste: starting at 8:00 PM, two parallel culinary experiences will take place, transforming Jesolo into a widespread stage dedicated to haute cuisine. A selection of local venues will host the dinners, from seaside views to the lagoon hinterland: Amarmio, Country House Salomè, Flora – Cucina, Bottega, Vino, Jolà Emotional Cuisine, Ristorante KEL.A, PURO Cucina Autentica, Terrazza Aurora, RoseMar Fine Restaurant, Ristorante da Omar, Ristorante da Guido and Zona d’Ombra.

“Through the direct involvement of local restaurateurs – explains Luigi Pasqualinotto, president of the JesoloVenice Tourism Business Consortium – the event aims to strengthen the gastronomic identity of Jesolo to complement its established tourist profile with an increasingly recognizable offering in terms of culinary experience. An intention that, combined with the presence of internationally renowned chefs, helps to enhance the project’s recognition and make it more attractive to an audience interested in a journey that combines dining, culture, and entertainment.”

To accompany dinners with top-quality products, Jesolo Gourmet Festival relies on the support of important partners from the beverage world: from the prestigious labels of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Soave e Recioto di Soave to the spirits that tell the story of the Istituto Grappa del Trentino, from the water for fine dining Valverde Nude 1964 to the professionalism in the HoReCa sector of Ferrowine. The elegance at the table will be taken care of by Noritake-Weissestal, which will enhance the chefs’ dishes with its fine Japanese porcelain. To conclude the events on a sweet note, the festival benefits from the expertise of Pasticceria Pinel, a historic Jesolo establishment known for its cookies and artisanal baked goods.
