From October 16 to 19, the first edition of the Milano Mountain Show will be held at MIND: four days of sports, tourism, and sustainability in anticipation of the 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
MILAN – Opening tomorrow, Thursday, October 16 at 9:30 AM, with an inauguration ceremony attended by the Minister of Tourism Daniela Santanchè, the first edition of APRESKI Milano Mountain Show brings the energy and culture of the mountains to the heart of the city. Until Sunday, October 19, the MIND – Milano Innovation District will become a meeting point between the city and the highlands, with panels, talks, and immersive experiences dedicated to sports, tourism, innovation, and sustainability, all in the lead-up to the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The event gathers institutions, brands, and territories that are symbols of the Alpine world, offering visitors a journey through Italian excellence. The program includes talks by ANEF Lombardia focusing on future infrastructures, Regione Veneto on the strategic role of the Games, Valle d’Aosta presenting its new winter season, and Dolomiti Superski, showcasing major international events hosted on the Dolomite slopes.
Trentino will take the spotlight with a “Mountain Talk” on sustainability and innovation, Val di Fassa will present “The Winter of Change”, and Oasi Zegna will host two sessions on responsible outdoor tourism. The Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation will present three events focused on Olympic and Paralympic legacy, featuring athletes such as Diana Bianchedi, Valentina Marchei, Martina Caironi, and Valentina Greggio. Finally, Valtellina will be represented by the brand “Taste of Emotion”, blending sport, culture, and food and wine excellence.
APRESKI will not be limited to discussions and panels: the outdoor area of MIND will host activities and experiences open to the public throughout the event, while the Big Theatre will open on Saturday and Sunday with special events, including the headline evening show “105 APRES-SKI”.
