Another woman killed, another ex-boyfriend who turns from lover into murderer, another life shattered, another femicide. Enough is enough!
Milan – The victim is Pamela Genini, 29 years old, a model and self-made entrepreneur, who was killed late in the evening on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in the Gorla district, on Via Iglesias.
She was stabbed by her former partner, Gianluca Soncin, 52, originally from Biella, who was immediately arrested on charges of aggravated murder with premeditation, stalking, trivial motives, and cruelty. The man was not unknown to the authorities, as he had a criminal record for escape and fraud.
The incident
According to reconstructions, the man entered Pamela’s apartment using a spare key and attacked her with a large knife he had brought from home. She was stabbed 24 times, including on the terrace of the apartment, as witnessed by some neighbors who called for help.
Pamela, hearing him arrive, had asked for help from the person she was on the phone with at the time, who, after hearing her screams, immediately alerted the police. The neighbors also called the authorities, and a patrol arrived quickly, but by then Pamela had already been stabbed.
The struggle for survival
Pamela did everything she could to defend herself, first by asking for help from the person she was talking to on the phone. Then, when she saw her attacker enter the house, she screamed and tried to escape through the front door, but he grabbed her by the hair and pulled her back inside, closing the door. This scene was witnessed by a neighbor through the peephole.
In the end, she begged for mercy. She died shortly after the police managed to enter the apartment.
