Padua is getting ready to host the 104th Trade Fair.

From 10 to 18 May, the Padua Trade Fair returns with an edition full of news, events, and opportunities for all tastes

PADUA. From 10 to 18 May 2025, the city will come alive with the 104th edition of the Trade Fair, a historic event that has been renewing itself since 1919, offering a unique mix of shopping, gastronomy, culture, and entertainment. The event, to be held in 5 pavilions, promises to attract thousands of visitors with its numerous proposals and novelties.

The 2025 edition will see the participation of 300 exhibiting companies, coming from all over Italy and abroad, presenting their latest innovations in 9 days open to the public with free entry and no registration required. Visitors will have 91 hours to explore the 7 macro thematic areas: Shopping, Food, Wine, On the Road, Home Ideas, Family Fun, Live Events. Last year, the event attracted 150,000 visitors.

Among this year’s novelties, there will be a special exhibition of Wine, featuring wines from 31 companies, wine shops, and wineries from 9 Italian regions and Portugal; the Offset On the Road gathering, with 150 customized cars from 7 regions; the first participation of the Penitentiary Police of Padua and the first public appearance of the Friends of the Museums Association of Padua, reborn after 20 years of closure. Additionally, the firefighters of Padua will award diplomas to the kids who pass some practical tests during the Firefighter Day.

Motor enthusiasts will be able to admire the cars on display brought by Veneto dealers, including the latest models and certified pre-owned, in addition to the 150 cars present in the custom vehicle rally. Live music, events, the opportunity to see dogs of different breeds and alpacas up close, as well as vehicles from the Italian Army, Carabinieri, State Police, Firefighters, and Green Cross, will not be lacking.

At the fair, visitors can taste typical regional specialties, craft beers, and local beverages, and visit stands selling personal care products, home goods, and leisure items. Venicepromex will host 13 local business and cultural associations, with a meeting on conscious eating.

The Padua Trade Fair is an event by Padua Hall in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Padua, Padua Looking Ahead & Beyond, and Venicepromex, under the patronage of the Municipality of Padua, Province of Padua.

Access to the Fair

The construction works for the new tram line do not hinder access to the fair district, which has the two usual entrances active for visitors: pavilion 7 (via Tommaseo) and pavilion 8 (at the roundabout of via Rismondo). It is possible to arrive on foot, by bus, coach, car, and train (from the railway and coach stations, an 8-minute walk). When arriving by car, the nearest parking lot is the large rear one, with entrance from gates L and M on via Rismondo.

Shopping & Food

At pavilion 7, the 104th Trade Fair will present fashion clothing and accessories, cosmetics, Italian and international products, food proposals, regional specialties, and household items. In the Shopping area, you can find furniture accessories made with LED neon, modern ceramics, posters, 3D paintings, artisanal footwear, and ethnic clothing. There will also be accessories for telephony, sewing machines, irons, kitchen robots, vacuum cleaners, and small household appliances. A wide range of leather clothing and accessories, stockings, jewelry, home furnishing accessories, electromedical items, amateur electronics, cosmetics, essential oils, and products for beauty and well-being will be available.

The Food section will feature regional products to taste at the stands, with Neapolitan pizzeria, Umbrian and Bolognese restaurants, Apulian taralli, oil, olives, honey, Sicilian and Neapolitan pastries, licorice, crepes, dried fruit, candies, teas and spices, Piedmontese, Sardinian, Umbrian, and Apulian cured meats, regional cheeses, Ligurian focaccias, truffles, and buffalo mozzarella.
