1 Mins read

He alternated between treatments, rest, prayer, and work

ROME. After another night – that of February 27th – in which Pope Francis slept well, “The clinical conditions of the Holy Father are also improving today,” the Holy See Press Office announced in the daily evening communication released at 6:56 pm on Thursday, February 27th.

“He alternated high-flow oxygen therapy with a ventimask” and “considering the complexity of the clinical picture, additional days of clinical stability are needed to resolve the prognosis.”

The Holy Father dedicated the morning of February 27th to “respiratory physiotherapy alternating it with rest, while in the afternoon after another physiotherapy session he prayed in the Chapel of his private apartment located on the 10th floor of the Gemelli Polyclinic, receiving the Eucharist; then he devoted himself to work activities.”
