MESTRE (VE). For those who followed the latest edition of the Mestre Painting Award, the name will not sound new: Bielo was indeed the overall winner of 2025. This exhibition, titled “Frequencies”, is the culmination of that success and a valuable opportunity to see up close the work of an artist who is making a lot of noise.

But what should we expect? Even the image of the invitation gives us a clue: a hypnotic rhythm of shades ranging from deep blue to bright white. Bielo’s works are a play of precision and sensation; his “frequencies” seem to almost move on the canvas, creating an optical effect that captures the gaze. The exhibition is curated by Marco Dolfin, who has skillfully woven the thread connecting the displayed works, guiding us into the world of an artist who manages to be rigorous yet very poetic at the same time.
