Ranked among Italy’s top 10 private construction companies, with a €240 million order backlog and collaborations with internationally acclaimed architects, CEV continues to demonstrate the strength of a growth trajectory built consistently over time.
Among the main projects completed in 2025 stands out the Olympic Village of Milan, a symbol of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of Milan Cortina 2026.
Built according to high sustainability standards and now being transformed into a university residence with 1,700 beds.
Impresa CEV enters 2026 with results that reflect the strength of a family-owned business that has grown steadily while remaining true to its roots. Founded more than 55 years ago in Treviso and still led by the Vendramin family, the company closed 2025 with revenues exceeding €170 million, up 25% from 2024 and three times higher than four years ago. This sustained growth further reinforces CEV’s position as one of Italy’s leading private construction companies.
CEV’s order backlog exceeds €240 million, reflecting the maturity of a company that has continuously evolved over time. Its portfolio spans civil, commercial, industrial and hospitality projects, heritage restoration, turnkey student housing developments, and post-earthquake reconstruction. This growth has been built on strong technical expertise and collaborations with internationally renowned architects such as Tadao Ando, Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas, David Chipperfield, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), SANAA, and Rem Koolhaas.

Among the most significant projects completed in 2025 is the Milan Olympic Village, a landmark development for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Built to the highest sustainability standards, it is now being transformed into a student residence providing accommodation for 1,700 students.

One of the most significant redevelopment projects in the Northeast in 2026 is the Arena del Bosco dello Sport in Tessera – Venice, set to become a regional hub for sports and cultural events. The completion of the project is expected by summer.

“The numbers for 2025 confirm the strength of the growth path we have built over the last few years – states Valerio Vendramin, President of Impresa CEV.
“We operate in a market that is undergoing a phase of transition and requires companies to have an increasing capacity for adaptation, reliability, and a growing focus on service and quality, understood as a synthesis between innovation and responsibility towards the environment and communities. In this context, we continue to leverage the values that have always guided us: the centrality of safety, teamwork, the continuous search for cutting-edge solutions, and an entrepreneurial tradition that today sees our family committed to the further development of the Company. Therefore, we consider these results not as a goal, but as another step forward to establish ourselves even more as a reference point for our partners.“
President Vendramin also wanted to emphasize the importance of human capital:
The strength of CEV lies in the professional and human quality of our team of collaborators, who work every day on our construction sites; and it is for this reason that even in the year 2025 the Company awarded bonuses and corporate welfare to 185 employees for a total amount of approximately 700,000 euros, as a recognition of their commitment and professionalism demonstrated every day.
Alongside the increase in revenue, CEV has expanded its presence in the territory: the historic headquarters in Treviso is now complemented by operational offices in Milano, Florence, Cortina, and Marche. With over 50 years of history behind it, the company is now a key player for national and international investors and for the major Italian asset management companies.
