PARMA – A seemingly impossible challenge against the reigning World Champions and holders of the last seven Women’s Six Nations. A stadium that is expected to be full also thanks to the wonderful initiative “Adopt a fan”. The Italian women’s rugby team will face the strong England on Saturday at Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi in Parma at 3:00 PM.
A competition that is never simple, but always full of charm. For the occasion, the Azzurri coach Fabio Roselli has chosen an initial XV made up more of experience compared to the teams that took the field in previous matches.
The first line will indeed consist of Turani, Vecchini, and Zanette, with Fedrighi and Frangipani in the second line. In the third Veronese, Ranuccini, and the Captain Elisa Giordano. In the midfield Stefan and Madia, the centers will instead be Mannini and Sillari, while the wide triangle will be composed of D’Incà, Muzzo, and Ostuni Minuzzi. On the bench, the debutant Gaia Dosi with Cheli, Maris, Duca, Sgorbini, Bitonci, Stevanin, Granzotto.
