The Azzurrini beat Sweden with another resounding 4-0. A brace from Koleosho in the first half, and goals from Ndour and Lipani in the second half

BORAS (SWEDEN) – For an Italy of the greats that disappoints, there is one that continues to rejoice. The Under 21 National Team repeats itself. After the clear victory in Empoli against North Macedonia, here comes another resounding 4-0, this time at home against Sweden. An yet another display of maturity with the Azzurrini prevailing thanks to a brace from Koleosho in the first half, and goals from Ndour and Lipani in the second half.

Baldini’s National Team continues its pursuit towards Albania and Serbia 2027 with this wide result. Leading the group is still Poland with a +3 point advantage, having won against Montenegro 1-0. The top teams from each group and the best second-placed team will qualify for the category European Championship. The last two matches scheduled for October 1st away against Armenia and the crucial clash on October 5th at home against Poland will be decisive.
