Over 1,200 events throughout Italy and a reflection on the future of our country
MILAN. Starting tomorrow, the Sustainable Development Festival 2025 kicks off, the largest Italian event dedicated to economic, social, and environmental sustainability issues, promoted by the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development (ASviS). With over 1,200 scheduled events, the Festival sees a 30% increase compared to 2024, confirming itself as a reference point for institutions, businesses, media, schools, and citizens.
The opening event will be broadcast live on asvis.it and on the Alliance’s social channels, and will focus on a crucial theme: “Sustainability or competitiveness: a false dilemma”. During the meeting, the “Spring Report 2025” will be presented, which explores how sustainable transition can also be a strategic lever on an economic and industrial level.
Voices on the future: seven appointments to understand where we are going
Alongside the Festival, on May 8th the sixth edition of “Voices on the future” will also kick off, the series of meetings conceived by ANSA and ASviS, broadcasted from the news agency’s studios and distributed on the digital channels of the two promoters. The format, which has been very successful in past editions, involves national and international experts in an open and multidisciplinary discussion on the major challenges of our time.
The director of ANSA Luigi Contu, along with the journalists of the agency and the scientific director of ASviS Enrico Giovannini, will lead the dialogue with authoritative guests on central themes for our present and, above all, for our future.
