3 Mins read

Villa Condulmer is a splendid Venetian Villa located in Zerman di Mogliano Veneto, in the province of Treviso. The Villa, surrounded by a centuries-old park, offers its guests an elegant and refined atmosphere, along with numerous high-quality services, including a golf club, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and several event and ceremony rooms.

The origins of the Villa

The exact dating of the Villa remains uncertain, but according to some sources it was built in 1743 commissioned by the Venetian patrician Alvise Condulmer. According to other sources, the origins of the Villa date back to the seventeenth century and its construction was the work of another branch of the Condulmer family. In any case, the Villa is a typical example of Palladian architecture, with a symmetrical and harmonious facade, decorated with pilasters and a triangular pediment. The Villa consists of three main sections: the central body, which houses the main rooms, and two lateral wings, forming an internal courtyard. At the back of the Villa, there is a large Italian-style garden, enriched with statues, fountains, and vases.
