A wave of color and fragrance is about to invade Villorba, in the province of Treviso. Starting from March 19, 2026, the Nonno Andrea farm will open its doors to the exhibition “Tulips in Bloom,” an event that promises to enchant visitors of all ages. With 500,000 bulbs of 200 different varieties carefully planted among the orchards, the farm will transform into a true sea of colors.
VILLORBA. The blooming, expected to last about three weeks, will offer the public the chance to immerse themselves in this natural spectacle, with a special invitation: to take a piece of this magic home through self-picking.
Self-Picking: A Unique Experience
The heart of the event is represented by self-picking. Visitors will not be mere spectators but the main actors in this celebration of nature. They will be able to stroll among the rows, choose their favorite tulips, and personally collect them, bulbs included. A simple gesture, but rich in meaning, allowing them to take home a tangible memory, a bouquet born directly from the earth and a passion for nature.
“Not just a bloom to admire,” the organizers explain, “but an invitation to slow down, to breathe in the scent of the countryside awakening, and to rediscover beauty in simple things.”
A Rich Calendar of Events and Workshops
In addition to the enchanting walk among the tulips, Nonno Andrea has prepared a rich program of activities and workshops designed for families, children, and creativity enthusiasts. Among the most anticipated events:
