The operation strengthens the company’s presence in advanced thermal applications and integrates a specialized production chain in high-efficiency heating solutions
ESA NanoTech has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Warmset, a company based in Vicenza specialized in advanced heating systems for the civil, tertiary, and industrial sectors. The operation was announced on August 18, 2026 between Milan, Bergamo, and Vicenza.
Warmset, originally born as a division of excellence of the Filmcutter group, thus enters the ecosystem of the Italian reality active in the sustainable development and production of technological systems and advanced materials based on graphene through the proprietary GLEAM technology.
The acquisition has strategic significance and will allow ESA NanoTech to internalize and enhance its production capacity, accelerating the global rollout of a new series of products intended for the heating market and engineered using GLEAM technology.
The integration of the Vicenza production lines also represents a fundamental asset for the industrial scalability of the components underlying the G-Radiant line.
The use of appropriately structured graphene and the exploitation of its technological properties, once integrated into the radiant elements, ensure a high heat transfer and drastically reduce thermal inertia compared to traditional hydronic systems. According to the company, this translates into a reduction in energy consumption for winter heating and the elimination of losses due to non-active components.

On the effects of technology for users, Tiziano Milani, Chief Technology Officer of ESA NanoTech also spoke.
