Mogliano Veneto celebrates the centenary of Piazza Caduti with a concert by the Quodlibet Orchestra and Choir

Mogliano Veneto (TV) – After the celebrations of July 4th, the events of the Centenary Summer continue. This evening, Monday, July 6th, at 8:45 PM, Piazza Caduti will host the concert “Notes of Music for the Hundred Years of the Square,” promoted by the Quodlibet Orchestra and Choir of Mogliano Veneto.

Directed by Maestro Emanuele Pedrini, the orchestra will present an evening dedicated to the great operatic repertoire, featuring music by Verdi, W. Ferrari, Bizet, Ponchielli, and Mascagni. Soloists, choir, and orchestra will take turns on stage for a program that will take the audience on a journey through some of the most famous pages of lyrical music.

The event, free of charge, is part of the calendar of initiatives organized by the Municipality to celebrate the one hundred years of Piazza Caduti, a symbol of city life. In case of bad weather, the concert will be held in the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta.
