Mogliano Veneto (TV) – The City celebrates the hundred years of the Town Hall, the Square, and the Monument to the Fallen on July 4th, with a solemn day and a summer calendar full of events dedicated to the city and its history.

Saturday, July 4th
The central moment of the celebrations will be Saturday, July 4, 2026 with the Centenary Celebration, organized by the Municipality of Mogliano Veneto, the Pro Loco, and the Armed Forces Associations.
The meeting point for the start of the grand parade is scheduled for 9:30 AM, from via Sciesa and arrival in Piazza Caduti, where citizens will be able to attend the celebrations that will be followed at 11:30 AM by the vin d’honneur and refreshments.
Many associations, both civilian and military, from the area will participate in the event. A special appearance is expected from the Fanfare of the Alpine Brigade “Julia”, the “Ciro Bianchi – Musical Band, Majorettes and Choir” from Cittadella, and the Musical Group City of Mogliano Veneto.
The guest of honor will be Aimone of Savoy, Duke of Savoy and Duke of Aosta, a direct descendant of the Commander of the Third Army Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy, Duke of Aosta, who was based in Mogliano Veneto.
“Celebrating the Centenary of the Municipality, the Square, and the Monument to the Fallen means paying tribute to the history of Mogliano Veneto and to the places that have represented the heart of our community’s civil life for a hundred years,” says the Mayor Davide Bortolato. “It is an important moment to remember where we come from, but also to feel part of a common story. We want this day to be a celebration for everyone: an opportunity to come together, to be proud of being from Mogliano, and to look together towards the future of the city.”
The celebrations of July 4th are part of the Centenary Summer program, which will accompany Mogliano Veneto from July to September with cultural, musical, theatrical, sports, and community events.
The Summer of the Centenary
“We wanted to create a program that was not just celebratory, but capable of bringing the city to life – adds the Councillor for Culture and Events, Giorgio Copparoni –. The Centenary thus becomes an opportunity to gather in public spaces, enhance associations, promote culture and sociality, and remember that a community is also recognized in the places it traverses every day.”
On July 4th, it will be possible to park at the Salesian College Astori, on Marconi Street.
