Lecco, January 12, 2025 – The Fiocchi Group, a global leader in the production of small caliber ammunition and part of the industrial and technological group Czechoslovak Group (CSG), announces a significant strengthening of its management team. Dr. Alexander Ruestig takes on the role of new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Hannes Dikhoff joins the management as Civil Market Sales & Marketing Director.
Both appointments are part of Fiocchi’s organizational enhancement strategy and the Ammo+ division of CSG, which the Group is part of along with the Baschieri & Pellagri brand and the British Lyalvale Express.
The profiles of the new executives
Dr. Alexander Ruestig (CEO): He has a solid international career in top roles within leading companies (especially German) in the automotive and ammunition sectors. His leadership will aim to consolidate the excellent historical performance in the Italian market and accelerate commercial growth in Europe and the rest of the world.
Hannes Dikhoff (Civil Sales Director): Manager with over twenty years of experience in the ammunition sector and former Director of Ammunition at Blaser Group GmbH. Reporting directly to CEO Ruestig, Dikhoff will lead the sales of the Fiocchi and Baschieri & Pellagri brands for the civilian market. He will also coordinate the Area Managers and Customer Service teams at the Lecco and Castenaso locations, overseeing the launch of the new distribution strategy for the Ammo+ division (for Fiocchi and Kinetic Group civilian products) outside of the United States and Canada.
