Gold and bronze in the R5 World Cup

In the WSPS World Cup, double medal for Gianluca Iacus in the individual and team events of the R5 10-meter Prone SH2 Rifle category

NOVI SAD (SERBIA) – Another two podiums for the Italian National Team at the WSPS World Cup in Novi Sad. An incredible day for Gianluca Iacus, a key player in both the individual event and the team event of the R5 10 Meter Prone SH2 Rifle discipline.

The blue athlete first wins the bronze medal behind the Ukrainian Vasyl Kovalchuk, who won the event with 255.2 points, and the French athlete Justine Beve, silver medalist with 254.9 points.

Then comes the success in the team competition. With him Livia Cecagallina and Tommaso Starec for an excellent score of 1909.5 points. It was not an easy competition, with Italy managing to precede Serbia by just 0.9 points, which placed second with 1908.6 points, while France completed the podium with 1907.7 points, confirming the high level of balance that characterized the competition.
