The list of 31 athletes who will participate in the summer training camp in Corvara has been released. There are also collaborations with the Italian Army
CORVARA – The women’s national rugby team will gather for the summer training camp in Corvara, in Badia, from July 27 to 31. For this occasion, the interim Head Coach Plinio Sciamanna has announced the list of 31 athletes called up. The summer work of the Azzurre will therefore move from the training camp in Parma at the beginning of July to the mountains.
Here the National Team will work not only on the field, in the gym, and in the meeting room, but also on team building activities organized by the Italian Army. In fact, a similar effort was already carried out here in 2023 with the Men’s National Team in preparation for the Rugby World Cup 2023.
A total of 31 athletes have been called up, with the return of the Venetian Captain Elisa Giordano and the French vice-champion Francesca Sgorbini compared to Parma.
